I am currently reading Isaiah. I found an image in Isaiah that fit and expanded an idea I have been wanting to write a poem about, and this is the beginnings of an attempt at the poem. I don't think this will be the beginning, but I thought it was interesting and will put it here for your perusal. (Chk chk chk...perusal...)
I closed my eyes----------

Everything is straight and bends
Like a road beneath the shuffling sea
but that's just when I close my eyes
